This is your opportunity to buy a share in an amazing cask distilled in heart of Speyside in 2014. The beautiful Stevie here is one of a pair of twin sister casks we were lucky enough to ensnare in December 2020. Check out the other sister, (maturing in ex-bourbon Hogshead) – DEBBIE – here.
This young hogshead already exudes the floral delicacy typical of this stunning distillery. The cask was filled in Summer of 2014 at an ample filling strength of 64%. The years have begun to mellow the spirit revealing soft white fruit, apple blossom and powdered sugar sweetness. This cask was re-racked into fresh Oloroso sherry cask in early 2021. This dram from a multi-award winning Speyside distillery is already good and the next few years soaking in a rich and sweet sherry cask promise to continue to add huge amounts of body, colour and sticky toffee sweetness before it’s bottling is due in 2024.

How Does It Work?
- You select which of our casks you would like a share in
- Purchase your share on our website
- You will receive a digital receipt and Certificate of Ownership
- When the cask is ready, we will bottle the cask under the Uncharted Whisky Company’s “Private Cask” label and ship your bottles to you. Delivery is free to mainland UK.
- We offer yearly updates on your cask’s maturation progress, Angel’s share, Devil’s cut, tasting notes, strength and colouring including video and photography. At this point, you can order a sample of the cask to do your own tasting.
- Shares start at as little as two bottles which make it an ideal gift for the whisky lover in your life (which may well be yourself!)
