All of our syndicate whiskies are bottled at the bold 50% ABV, un-chill filtered and free from colouring as standard.

Absolutely not. We couldn’t live with ourselves. We don’t use colouring either.

Many whiskies are artificially coloured with a food colouring which is often romantically referred to as “caramel”. This chemical does not add any taste and functions only to make the whisky appear darker. It’s real name E150 (yep it’s an E number). We do not do use this. Never have, never will.

Each cask has a planned bottling date. You can see this before you buy your share of your chosen cask. It will then take a few weeks for us to take delivery and get the bottles sent out to you.

No. There are multiple costs which can vary but we have taken these all into account for you.
