This is your opportunity to buy a share in an amazing cask distilled in heart of Speyside in 2014. The beautiful Debbie is one of a pair of sister casks we were lucky enough to get our hands on in December 2020. Check out the other sister, (maturing in ex-Oloroso Sherry Cask) – STEVIE – here.

This young hogshead already exudes the floral delicacy typical of this famous distillery. Exactly the same as the sister cask, this Hogshead was filled in Summer of 2014 at an ample filling strength of 64%. The years have begun to mellow the spirit revealing soft white fruit, apple blossom and powdered sugar sweetness. This dram from a multi-award winning Speyside distillery is already excellent and the next few years spent quietly maturing in the Scottish Highlands promise to continue to smooth off and perfect the deep fruity and floral delicacies. Bottling is due in 2024.

Sample

Once a year, we offer to draw a sample from the cask and post it out to anyone who wants to experience the cask’s maturation progress first hand.

This is only done once a year in July or August.

They need to be ordered separately from the cask share itself and only a limited number is available each year.

The samples will then be posted out to you so please expect to receive these in late August.

When the cask is ready, we will bottle the cask under The Uncharted Whisky Company’s “Private Cask” label and ship your bottles to you. Delivery is free to mainland UK.
