Introducing our new single cask release, a delicate, floral and nutty complexity from the Bonnie, Bonnie Banks. A mellow peated spirit matured for 14 years from the Loch Lomond distillery. Aged exclusively in an ex-bourbon barrel and bottled at natural cask strength of 56.2%.
This is our smallest release yet with only yielded 210 brilliant bottles.
Release is scheduled for June 2021.

This subtle, smokey and sweet dram is available to pre-order from Monday the 10th of May 2021. Each bottle is drawn from an ex-bourbon barrel, filled and individually labelled by hand and is proudly offered to you free from colouring or chill-filtration. You Take The High Road , has been bottled the way the highlanders would have drank it- Cask strength. After 14 years of maturation, the natural ABV of this cask is 56.2%. Each bottle is hand filled into our gorgeous and tactile bottles from this single cask. They are then finished by hand labeling before couriered to you. There are only 210 bottles- making them as collectible as they are distinct and delicious
WHY THE NAME ?
We name all of our releases. The name is chosen specially to suit each cask we bottle. The age, taste, character, rarity and strength all contributing. This cask might as well have named itself.
Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled in Loch Lomond distillery- a hop skip and a jump from the bonnnie, bonnie banks.
A delicate, fragrant and sweet peat alongside powdered sugar and floral aromas. It is a bonnie, bonnie dram.
For those who aren’t born and bred in bonnie Scotland, there is a very famous old Scots song called Loch Lomond. We often play it and sing along at the end of celebrations and ceilidhs.

WHICH DISTILLERY?
The brilliant Loch Lomond distillery has for years produced many different styles of whisky. Each different single malt spirit they have named after one of the many beautiful islands of the Loch.
This is a soft and smokey spirit named Inchfad.
This pre-order release will be ready for shipping in mid June of 2021 and is strictly limited to just 3 bottles per customer.

Nose
A delicate and complex infusions of aromas including with florals, powdered sugar, peanut butter, spice, and a rich and deep peat.
Palate
Bold nuttiness, rich spice and smoldering smoke coat the palate. Sweetness and peat remain as the nutiness and spice begin to mellow reminiscent of icing sugar and baking.
Finish
A fragrant citrus, lemon drizzle cake and muscavado sugar meander around the mouth infused with the rich smoke and complex, leathery spices.

Orders will be fulfilled in June of 2021. Orders within the UK will be delivered in 2-3 working days after dispatch which you will be notified of. Delivery charge is £4.50 or free over orders of £99 or more.
