Owning your own cask of whisky? The dream
We believe in making the dream achievable. That is why we believe in offering our customers exceptional value on casks at a range of ages and prices or the opportunity to club together with your friends and family.
Uncharted can offer brand new spirit fresh from the stills where you can choose your own cask for maturation. Alternatively, for a head start, you can buy whisky which is already aged for re-racking into a new cask to “finish” the spirit’s maturation or simply bottle straight away.
Our casks are offered to whisky lovers who want to have a hand in creating something unique.
Safe at Uncharted
Only fully accredited and HMRC approved companies can trade casks of whisky. We are a fully accredited and HMRC approved company.
All Scotch whisky must be matured and bottled in Scotland and the rules of The Scotch Whisky Association adhered to.
Uncharted Whisky is run exclusively by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. There are no other partners. It’s just us. We are experienced whisky professionals and will deliver an excellent standard of bespoke bottlings.
We work closely with whisky distillers, warehouse owners, the Scotch Whisky Association, designers and bottle manufacturers to provide excellent quality and assurance in everything we do.

Whether you are looking for brand new spirit to mature from day one or something a bit older, we can help. Alongside our modest collection of casks and Syndicate cask shares available, we can seek out specific casks and styles on request.
Maturation
Under the laws of Scotch Whisky Association, all single malt Scotch whisky must be matured and bottled in Scotland. All whisky casks must be stored in an approved bonded warehouse managed by an approved warehouse keeper.
Keeping compliant is the number one priority.
Bottling
When your cask is matured, we will plot the course for you to see your whisky bottled. Our experience and economy of scale allow us to deliver an amazing finished product to you at a fair price.
We work with highly talented independent designers, printers and specialist glass suppliers to achieve excellence.
We will plot the course for you through the bottling, label design and eventual delivery to your door.
