Samples
Once a year, we offer to draw a sample from the cask and post it out to anyone who wants to experience the cask’s maturation progress first hand.
This is only done once a year in late Summer.
They need to be ordered separately from the cask share itself and only a limited number is available each year.
The samples will then be posted out to you w/c 6th November.
